With the Academy Awards out of the way, the one movie that people are talking about these days is 'Black Swan', starring the Academy Award winner for Best Actress Natalie Portman. With the success of the movie comes the 'Black Swan' Diet. 

What is the Black Swan Diet? It's a diet that Natalie Portman had been on to keep up with her role in the movie. What she would do it wake up at 5 in the morning and worked out five to eight hours per day. With the results, she lost 20 pounds in over six months on a 1,200 calories per day vegan diet. So it's not only just the exercise that's going to make it happen but how you eat. 

Here's an example of how a 1,200 calories per day should be: 

Breakfast: Try having 1/3 cup of oatmeal (102 calories), and half a cup of blueberries (35 calories) and a tablespoon of flaxseed (53 calories). For beverage, have a half a cup of skim milk (45 calories) and coffee with 1/4 of skim milk (22 calories). Try doing a morning workout for a at least a half an hour to an hour. Once done, have yourself a medium banana (105 calories). By now, you should have eaten up to 257 calories so far. 

Lunch: Make yourself a tossed salad with 2 cups of lettuce (15 calories), 3/4 piece of Tofu (113 calories), a half a cup of carrots (26 calories), a half a cup of cooked beets (29 calories), 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes (50 calories) and spread 2 tablespoons of light Italian salad dressing (53 calories). If you want to treat yourself to an afternoon snack, then have yourself some skim latte (50 calories) and two pieces of Hersey's Kisses (50 calories). With lunch, you should have eaten 286 calories. Now on to dinner. But be sure to have time to workout whenever you have the chance. 

Dinner: Start the night off with a veggie burger (110 calories), steamed vegetables (25 calories) and a cup of brown rice (110 calories). Then end it off with minibag of Light popcorn (110 calories) and a cup of sugar-free hot chocolate (108 calories). Dinner will run you about 245 calories. 

In total, you should have eaten just over the 1,200 mark with 1,211 calories. Use this example if you want or set your own diet that will equal to the same. Either way, you will see results real fast before you know it.

One thing I would like to touch upon is that fat reduction plan fast can be achieved by the appropriate diet and exercise. People's size not simply affects the look, but also the actual quality of life. Self-esteem, major depression, health risks, and physical ability are influenced in excess weight. It is possible to just make everything right but still gain. If this happens, a problem may be the offender.
